Obesity is a big problem for all kind of people. Especially obesity in early age is very dangerous because later it cause enormous problem. Obesity affects the functions other parts in the human body. What is obesity is one of the frequently asked questions by most of the people. Obesity is defined as increase in weight about 20% from the normal weight. The increase in weight due to saturation of unwanted fatty acids. The insoluble fats are rested in the human body.
Cause for obesity :
Born children have 90% of water in its body, so there is no possible for obesity in lower age. When people reach the teenage the water level is drastically dropping to 50% to 60%. ; and there comes formation of pimples especially in the teenage.
This is the clear indication of water level inadequacy. Again water content is increased in human being in the end of teenage. But wrinkled skin loses its identity to perform its function. Stomach is a region, which lack in water content, so more amount of unwanted fats are deposited in the stomach area. This is prime reason for increase in weight and stomach becomes larger.
Attack obesity with simple exercise :
It is better to attack the obesity in early stage with the help of simple exercises. A daily jogging may give the fresh air in to the body, which reduces the mental pressure. If mental pressure is reduced then mind ready to work continuously. If the cells in the human body work continuously for a day, the deposition of fatty acid level is decreased.
A simple hand and leg movements may help in provide stamina for the body. Hard exercises are not required only precise and efficient exercises enhance the need. So consult a physiotherapist before involved in to any exercises. There is enormous amount of information is available in books and Internet, but know one willing to follow. If people follow those stated procedure they should be getting the end result quickly.
Play real games :
Nowadays obesity is highly seen in children. According to the recent survey nearly 40% of the children are obese. Children like to see a football match in television instead of they can play football in the ground. Nearly children from age 6 to 10 seeing a television for 6 hours in a day, but they play physical games only for one hour in a day ( or much lesser ).
It is true that people these days are sitting long hours in front of computer, playing virtual games instead ! Thus, unless children remain active daily, the fatty level could hardly be reduced. Further, sunlight contains a vitamin A, so if children those who are not play games in out side are too lacking in vitamin A. Sitting in front of computer and play video games gives happiness for 20 years maximum.
A child play football in ground may get an active health throughout the life. Parents need extra care about the children health may pave way for reduce the obesity. Use the physical education class usefully in the school, it will in the future to protect the body from various diseases.
